Fratelli ‘cans’ Indian fizz

Fratelli ‘cans’ Indian fizz

True to character, Fratelli Vineyards has introduced two wines in cans where Tuscany meets India to make everyday joys more pleasurable and convenient.

For the first time, a large variety of Indian grapes, cultivated by farmers in Baramati, Sholapur, Sangli and Nasik, are being used for the vegan and gluten-free blends.

They are crushed, fermented and blended at India’s largest privately owned vineyard by Fratelli’s lead winemaker, Vrushal Kedari, under mentorship of Piero Masi, Fratelli’s master winemaker from Tuscany.

TiLT celebrates the sights, sounds and scents of a kaleidoscopic urban life in 250-ml eco-sensitive cans that are shielded from light and air. Presented in red, white, bubbly rosé, and bubbly, they come at affordable prices of Rs 175 to Rs 200 per can (differs from state to state) across 20 states.

Important factors that the winemakers and viticulturists kept in mind was the ‘soft, crisp, fresh’ feeling that would greet you when opening the can, as well as the need for flavoursome profiling for the varietals.

Fratelli’s Noi Spritzer is a fruity sparkling wine-in-a-can: crisp, clean, tangy bubbles spilling over. It captures visions of succulent tropical fruit, fragrant flowers, and playful bright summers.

This wine is also vegan and gluten-free, and comes in 250-ml eco-sensitive cans that shield the wine from light and air. Noi Spritzer chills quickly, and comes in perfect-pour portions.
