Alcobev start-up Ginglani Distillers has added another whiskey to its basket, following the largely successful launch of India’s “first Himalayan whiskey”, the Black Bow. Crafted amidst the mountains in Solan (Himachal Pradesh), Woodsmen is fits into the mass-premium segment, and embodies “true democratisation” in its segment.
Aged in American Oak and ex-Bourbon casks and bottled at 42.8% ABV, Woodsmen is a smooth blended whiskey at an accessible price and world-class packaging and design. It retails for Rs 550 for a 750-ml bottle in Himachal Pradesh.
