Tian Shang:
A Chinese medicinal flower, elderflower is used in varied forms in Yauatcha’s bar programme like cordials, foams and smoke; crafting cocktails that are sensorial and intriguing.
Jing Mei:
Deeply rooted in Asian culinary heritage, tea becomes an artful integration into Yauatcha’s mixology creations, delivering a sophisticated and layered drinking experience.
Ginger Martini:
A dynamic Asian ingredient celebrated for its warm and spicy notes, ginger takes the spotlight in Yauatcha’s mixology story, crafting cocktails that are both bold and invigorating. Contains white rum, ginger, green apple, orgeat and lime.
Earth Asian:
