Bacardí India is foraying into the India-made whiskey segment with the launch of Legacy, the alcobev giant’s first-ever made-in-India whiskey innovation. Legacy has been introduced across shelves in Maharashtra, Telangana and Uttar Pradesh, with plans to expand into other states in the future. It is available in 750-ml, 375-ml and 180-ml packs.
Currently the only premium Indian whiskey in the brand’s stable, it is a blend of Indian and Scottish malts with Indian grains. Legacy is layered with subtle peaty and fruity notes, has undertones of toasted oaks with a whiff of spice, and a delicate vanilla smoky finish.
In March this year, Bacardi India forayed into the brown spirits segment with brandy. Aged for a minimum of 2 years in oak casks, Good Man premium blended brandy is the perfect amalgamation of grain spirit with premium French and Indian grape brandies.
Good Man is a meticulously crafted blend of woody flavours, fruity notes of pear and apple, with a rich palate of raisin, drizzled with sweet vanilla and honey. It is available on shelves across Kerala, Karnataka, Telangana and Puducherry.
