Indie Brews & Spirits recently launched Quaffine, a cold brew coffee liqueur made using 100% Arabica beans sourced from Chikmagalur, Karnataka. The coffee is specifically roasted to a medium dark type to enable the extraction of a spectrum of flavours.

It is an all-natural coffee liqueur (vegan and gluten-free) that uses the cold-brewing method (steeping ground coffee in cold or room temperature water for 12-24 hours to extract clean coffee flavours).

On the nose, it has dates, prunes, chocolatey coffee, roasted nuts, raisins, and a hint of butterscotch. It tastes like coffee bite and fudge with lots of caramel. The finish is sweet, creamy, coffee and chocolate.
