Signature drinks with Rahasya vodka

Rahasya flavoured vodka was launched recently at 42.8% ABV, in 750-ml bottles. The easiest (and obvious) cocktail is the Rahasya Refresh. Take 60-ml Rahasya vodka in a Highball glass, add ice and tender coconut water (120 ml), garnish with coconut chunks and serve. Easy! Now try out these:

 

 

Rahasya Mystery Mule

Ingredients

Cucumber Rahasya vodka: 60ml

Ginger syrup: 15ml

Lime juice: 20ml

Mint leaves

Soda: 100ml

Directions

Add the ingredients to a shaker. Shake with ice and strain in a copper mug containing ice. Top up with soda and garnish with mint sprig.

 

Ginger syrup

In a pan, boil 100gm grated ginger with 300ml water. Add sugar and stir till the sugar is dissolved.

 

 

Rahasya Wake Me Up

Ingredients

Rahasya vodka: 60ml

Espresso coffee: 60ml

Star anise syrup: 20ml

Directions Add all the ingredients in a shaker and shake with ice. Double-strain in a Martini or Coupe glass. Garnish with coffee beans.

 

Star Anise syrup

In a pan, boil 8 star anise with 500ml water for 10 minutes. Add 300gm sugar or as per required sweetness. Stir till sugar is dissolved completely. Set aside till syrup cools down. Store in a jar or bottle and refrigerate.

 

 

Rahasya Mystery Mary

Ingredients

Rahasya vodka: 60ml

Fresh tomato juice: 90ml

Lime juice: 15ml

Sugar syrup: 15ml

Tabasco: 4 dashes

Celery salt rim: 1gm

Directions

Add all the ingredients with ice in a celery salt-rimmed Old Fashioned glass. Add tomato juice. Strain in muslin or cheesecloth. Stir and garnish with a celery stick.

 

Celery salt

Blend celery-stick water and strain juice in a pan. Add rock salt in it while heating. Mix till the water evaporates. Spread the salt on a tray, then bake in an oven till completely dried.

 

 

Rahasya Tropical Thriller

Ingredients

Rahasya vodka: 60ml

Pineapple mint puree: 15ml

Lime juice: 10ml

Coconut water: 90ml

Directions

In a Highball glass add ice with all the ingredients and stir. Garnish with mint sprig and pineapple slice.

 

Pineapple Mint puree

Blend one medium-size pineapple. Add 250gm mint with 150ml water to the blend. Strain and blend again. Add 250gm sugar till sugar dissolves completely.

 

 

Rahasya Cosmopolitan

Ingredients

Rahasya vodka: 50ml

Triple sec: 15ml

Lime juice: 20ml

Cranberry juice: 60ml

Orange zest: 1 piece

Directions

In a shaker add all ingredients and shake with ice. Double-strain in a Martini glass. Garnish with flamed orange zest.

 

 

Rahasya Martini

Ingredients

Rahasya vodka: 50ml

Dry vermouth: 15ml

Lime zest: 1 piece

Directions

In a mixing glass add vodka, dry vermouth and stir with ice. Pour in a Martini glass. Garnish with lime zest.
