Ivelle combines the homegrown Müller and Gewürztraminer grapes and boasts notes of lychee, apricot and pineapple – making it the perfect pair with the restaurant’s Chinese offerings.
Manufactured on Indian soil and the first private wine label created by a restaurant, Ivelle is on its way to becoming a timeless addition to the carefully crafted white wines at Yauatcha’s restaurants in Michelin-starred in London. It is priced at ?900 per glass and ?4,500 for a bottle.
