Known for its innovative, forward thinking and hold over flavour, the Yauatcha chain of restaurants, in collaboration with Fratelli Wines, has unveiled its first ever private wine label, Ivelle.

Named after love, Ivelle is a modern luxury manufactured on Solapur (Maharashtra) soil. Its unique taste notes are a combination of home-grown Müller and Gewürztraminer grapes.

The Müller Thurgau grape, originally bred in Germany by Hermann Müller, is a cross of Riesling and Madeleine Royale. With apricot, pineapple and more, each wine has deep floral notes to bring a sense of comfort.

Served at Yauatcha restaurants in Mumbai, Bengaluru and Kolkata, Ivelle is priced at Rs 4,500 a bottle.
