Wild Tiger launches ‘Indian craft gin’

Kerala-based Wild Tiger Beverages, the makers of Wild Tiger Rum, are now raising a toast to Gindia, a craft spirit made from 100% Indian botanicals. It is distilled from grain and billed as an “Indian style gin” with hand-picked Himalayan juniper, Assam tea, green cardamom, black pepper, clove and sweet orange peels, to name a few of the 23 botanicals that go into its production.

The stunning white bottle with a pearl look is made using recycled glass featuring a de-bossed outline in brushed metal. The patented bottle design depicts the key botanicals vibrantly, and all inks used are eco-friendly.  It comes with a high-quality, embossed cork stopper. Dia, the “Gin goddess”, serves as the mystical mascot of the brand.

Gindia is produced at Wild Tiger’s distillery on the banks of the Bharathapuzha River, nestled in the Western Ghats of southern India. Gindia Original is bottled at 43% ABV, and is available in duty-free outlets at  US$ 39.95 for the 1-litre variant. Initial launches will be supported with exquisite gin glasses as promotions at select airport locations. (www.wildtiger.in).
