Bengaluru is set to host India’s leading beverage alcohol trade and technology show, ‘Brews&Spirits Expo 2023’, at the Manpho Convention Centre, from 13 to 15 September this year.
The 4th edition of the 3-day Expo and Conference will bring together top brands and finest minds in the alcohol beverage production, distribution, education and marketing sectors, to create a hub of innovation and industry networking.
This year’s Conference, ‘Grain to Glass 4.0: Disruptive Innovation: The Shape of Things to Come’, is being organised with Tulleeho as Conference Partner, Euromonitor International as the Knowledge Partner, and the Wine and Spirit Education Trust as the Education Partner.

An exclusive workshop on ‘Process Control for Brewing’ by VLB Berlin is scheduled to take place on 14 September. Process control is a critical aspect of various industries, including brewing, where consistent and high-quality results are desired.
In the realm of brewing, process control involves precise management of various factors such as temperature, time, pH levels and ingredient ratios. By maintaining tight control over these parameters, you can fine-tune the brewing process to achieve desired flavours, aromas and overall quality.
According to industry estimates, there are more than 300 micro-breweries and brewpubs across the country. The craft beer segment is projected to continue its upward trajectory, driven by the rising demand for unique and flavourful beer options among urban consumers.
There will be Masterclasses conducted by senior professionals and brands such as Sonal Holland Wine Academy, Karnataka Wine Board, Lallemand. These have been specially tailored to provide participants with advanced knowledge, practical skills, and insights into various aspects of alcohol brands and beverage production.
As in previous editions of the show, the national Flair Bartending Challenge, organised on 15 September, is sure to attract the bartending community and electrify the atmosphere with stellar performances.
