Las Maracas Tequila debuts in Delhi

Shivankar Bahl, Managing Director of Epicure fine dining, has introduced Las Maracas Tequila, created in Jalisco (Mexico) with the Indian palate in mind, to Delhi.

Produced in small batches and completely additive-free, Las Maracas (Mexican musical instrument) Tequila is made using just two core ingredients: 100% Blue Weber agave and Pure Spring Water, naturally filtered to enhance the spirit’s crisp, clean profile.

Each bottle (750 ml, 38% ABV) results from a meticulous process that includes hand-selecting only the finest piñas, a signature cut technique, and aging in carefully chosen barrels.

Las Maracas Blanco (₹5,300) is crisp and agave-forward, with hints of pepper and clove. Las Maracas Reposado (₹6,400) is aged in oak barrels for a smooth, caramel-kissed depth, offering warmth and complexity. Las Maracas Añejo (₹9,500) is matured for 18 months, developing rich notes of caramel, toasted oak, and vanilla for a refined, indulgent finish.
