One of the most awaited B2B events of the India Trade Promotion Organisation (ITPO), ‘Aahar 2022’, will commence on 26 April, 2022, at Pragati Maidan, New Delhi.
The 5-day international food and hospitality fair will be organised in Halls 2, 3, 4 and 5 (ground and first floors) of the New Exhibition Complex in the International Exhibition-cum-Convention Centre (IECC) and existing Halls 7 to 11.
Aahar has the distinction of being the largest expo of the food and hospitality industry in the South Asia region and has completed 35 years.
Aahar 2020, held in March that year, attracted more than 700 exhibitors, including foreign participants from the US, China, Italy, Poland, Turkey, Spain, Oman, South Korea, Thailand, the UAE, Peru, Norway, Indonesia, Canada, Tunisia, Hong Kong, Singapore and Japan. More than 40,000 visitors visited the fair.
This year too, a large number of trade visitors from the hotel, catering and hospitality industry are expected. There will also be senior representatives from Centre and state governments and educational institutions.
The broad display categories will include food and beverages, hospitality services, F&B equipment and allied sectors. Aahar is the ideal platform for the food and hospitality industry to acquire new orders from the large numbers of buyers and sourcing executives visiting the expo.

This year, Aahar is also committed to providing a platform to the Indian food industry (organic, processed, frozen segments, farm produce, beverages, hospitality, décor, food & technology, marine products, nutraceuticals, dairy, and aquaculture).
