My experimenting with Monarch was both refreshing and inspiring. I created five signature recipes, each one celebrating a different Indian dynasty, and paired them with ingredients that reflect those dynasties’ heritage.

For me, it was about showcasing how Monarch’s legacy can connect beautifully with India’s own history, while surprising people with just how dynamic brandy can be in cocktails.
