Alcostar Distilleries recently launched two new whiskies, Sherry Platinum and Royal General Gold, in the Delhi market, each blend a different expression of taste, craftsmanship and character. Both are available in 700-ml, 375-ml and 180-ml bottles.

Sherry Platinum is positioned as a premium whiskey segment, a Scotch blend with the finest Indian grain spirits, matured patiently in oak casks to lend it a delicate wood touch and refined warmth.

Sherry Platinum reveals rich layers of peat, subtle floral undertones, and a velvety finish of honey and vanilla. With its silky texture, golden hue, and balanced complexity, it stays true to its tagline, ‘Smoothness was never so bold’. It retails for ₹500 (750 ml, 42.8% ABV).

Alcostar’s Royal General Gold takes its place in the semi-premium segment, appealing to whiskey enthusiasts with its well-crafted blend. Made from fine Indian malt it has notes of mild spice, soft oak, and mellow sweetness. This easy-going, balanced and deeply enjoyable whiskey retails for ₹410 (700 ml, 42.8% ABV).
