Glenmorangie decorates GTR with three new gems

Glenmorangie has unveiled three exquisite whiskies to global travel retail (GTR) in Indian airports: the Makoto-23-YO, Vindima 16-YO and Aureum 21-YO.

The rare, limited-edition Azuma Makoto 23-YO is the brand’s first-ever prestige drop in India. It embodies the concept of shinra bansho, the Japanese idea of the interconnectedness of all things in nature, and blends Glenmorangie’s signature floral character with deeper, earthy hints of rain-soaked moss, burning oak, and the forest floor.

Priced at ₹1,04,690, the Glenmorangie Azuma Makoto 23-YO is exclusively available at Delhi international airport in 700-ml bottles at 46% ABV.

Vindima 16-YO is a celebration of the Madeira grape harvest festival, known as Vindima. Aged in bourbon casks and finished in Malmsey casks – the sweetest style of Madeira – it bursts with luscious sweetness, sizzling spices, and rich fruity notes.

Aureum 21-YO has been named after the Latin word for ‘gold’. Aged in bourbon casks, it offers a symphony of Glenmorangie’s signature notes: pear, lemon sherbet and jasmine, delicately softened by age. The striking orange packaging, elevated with vibrant technicolour line work, reflects the golden glow of the sun.

Vindima is priced at ₹10,423 and Aureum retails for ₹22,322.

Glenmorangie is expanding its GTR range, including the newly relaunched 12-Yo Glenmorangie Original, the Glenmorangie Accord 12-YO and Glenmorangie Elementa 14-YO. Whisky lovers can also indulge in the Glenmorangie Signet and the ultra-rare Glenmorangie Signet Reserve.
