ProWine Mumbai: meeting of best of wines, spirits

Now in its 5th edition, ProWine Mumbai returns to the Jio World Convention Centre on 31st October and 1st November, 2025, promising two exceptional days of tastings, knowledge sharing, networking and business building.

The event brings together not just the trade – importers, distributors, retailers, hoteliers, restaurateurs, sommeliers, mixologists – but also the end consumers who are shaping preferences and pushing demand for quality and diversity in the Indian beverage space.

Over 2 days, the show floor will feature a curated selection of Indian and international wines, spirits and craft beverage brands. Whether it’s a bold red, a delicate Japanese whisky, a homegrown Indian gin, or a biodynamic champagne, the diversity of offerings ensures there’s something for everyone—from connoisseurs to curious first timers.

Masterclasses

A cornerstone of ProWine Mumbai’s educational focus, the 2025 edition will feature 12 complimentary masterclasses led by global wine boards, brand ambassadors, master distillers, and industry experts.

Attendees can immerse themselves in tutored tastings, deep dives into regions and varietals and discussions on trends like sustainability, innovation and terroir expressions.

Three competitions

A unique feature that reflects India’s evolving palate, the ProWine and ProSpirits blind tasting competitions allow both Indian and international labels to be judged not only by industry experts but also by knowledgeable consumers.

The ProWine Bartenders’ competition continues to celebrate the craft of bartending through its high energy. The winner earns an all-expense-paid guest shift at a top international bar, along with national recognition and media exposure.

Expect engaging discussions on the future of the wine and spirits industry in India and beyond. With panelists including brand founders, importers, educators and hospitality leaders, these sessions provide valuable insights into where the market is headed and how brands can stay ahead.
