Inspired by the timeless Gingerbread Man cookie, this limited-edition release combines the nostalgic warmth of holiday flavours with Quaffine’s signature brew, says Olson Pereira, Founder and Master Blender of Indie Brews & Spirits.

Quaffine’s signature cold-brew coffee is infused with real ginger, allspice, cinnamon, clove, butter, molasses, vanilla, demerara sugar and Himalayan salt. It strikes a perfect balance of ginger, warm spices, and sweetness. Each ingredient was chosen to transport the imbiber to cosy winter evenings and the nostalgic joy of festive gatherings.
