Susegado micro-brewery at Manohar International Airport, in Mopa (North Goa), is redefining airport dining by blending authentic Goan culture with world-class hospitality since its opening recently.
Spanning 5,000 square feet, the space is thoughtfully designed to evoke the warmth of a traditional Goan home, offering travellers a seamless blend of aesthetics, functionality and a relaxed micro-brewery experience.
Operated by Radiance Aero Hospitality Services, a 100% subsidiary of the IRHPL Group of Companies, Susegado (‘relaxed’ in Konkani) has moved beyond conventional airport dining, created an immersive cultural experience and is celebrating Goa’s architectural heritage and laid-back charm.
Guests can enjoy 13 varieties of fresh and locally crafted beers, including wheat and lager, poured from 12 taps. These are paired with a curated menu featuring authentic Goan and global cuisines.
The micro-brewery is designed for comfort and convenience, thoughtfully structured with charging stations, secure luggage storage, and adaptable seating, ensuring that travellers can unwind before their journey.
Some notable features include a custom ceramic mural by Goan artist Thomas Louis, traditional Azulejo tiles, and an island bar designed as a social hub. A mix of natural and artificial lighting creates distinct moods throughout the day, from sunlit terracotta hues to a warm, intimate glow at night.
According to Naresh Sharma, CEO of IRHPL Group of Companies, Susegado isn’t just a micro-brewery; it’s an experience that brings Goa’s essence to the airport, setting a new benchmark in airport hospitality and design.
