Goa-based Blue Ocean Beverages recently launch Kama Kaapi rum, a first-of-its-kind Indian spirit that unites two timeless indulgences: the soulful depth of coffee and the smooth richness of rum.

Crafted in small batches and hand-numbered bottles, Kama (passion) Kaapi (coffee) rum sources rare AAA-grade single-estate Arabica coffee beans from Chikmagalur (Karnataka) that are roasted and cold-brewed to capture their earthy and woody notes.

Infused into cane and molasses spirits, the result is a rum layered with chocolate, nutty undertones and lingering caramel: bold yet comforting, familiar yet exciting. Kama Kaapi rum is bottled in 750 ml at 40% ABV and is available in Goa (₹1,200), Bengaluru (₹2,405) and Delhi (₹1,640).
