Goa-based Fullarton Distilleries, in collaboration with All Things Nice, has launched a limited edition (250 bottles) single malt whiskey, A Tale of Oak, in time for the festive season. This one-off, highly collectible single malt whiskey will be available for sale in Goa and Maharashtra.

This is a single malt that sees no additives, is non-chill filtered, unpeated and comes with an ex-Bourbon cask finish. On the nose it is reminiscent of candied red fruits and sherry.

The opening notes on the palate are those of sweet fruit and oaky vanilla. The well-rounded mouth feel has robust notes of piquant sweet spice and pleasant oiliness. It has a dry lingering finish, with notes of liquorice and mace flower.
