Bombay Sapphire, the world’s leading premium gin brand, has unveiled its new limited edition Bombay Sapphire Sunset London dry gin. In addition to its 10 sustainably sourced botanicals, the new Bombay Sapphire Sunset is inspired by the fabled Goan sunset and encompasses three new botanicals: Indian white cardamom, golden turmeric and Spanish mandarin.

Playing with notes that add warmth and depth to the spirit, the Indian cardamom is fused with the sweetness of the Spanish mandarin, while hints of the golden turmeric add an earthy undertone to the drink.

It is available in a 750-ml bottle (43% ABV) in Goa, and best served with tonic water, or ginger ale and garnished with an orange wheel. It will be introduced to other Indian markets in the coming months.
